Thursday, December 24, 2009 Caen admitted to Hospital That day was a suay suay day (Monday).. Missed my company bus and things happen at home.. Naughty Caen swallow a coin into her mouth and it got stuck on her throat. When i rush home and observe her and my heart it's in a really pain mode, nothing can describe my feeling on that moment. After not long, Caen vomited blood and we quickly rush her to 24 hours clinic and the doctor asked us to send her straight to hospital. As i said that day was a suay suay day, when we wanted to cab down to hospital and it rains like nobody business. My heart is really really gonna drop off anytime when i see Caen feels so restless. She has not been eating since afternoon 4pm, she cant take food, drinks or anything. Once we reaches the hospital, Hubby and I quickly helped her do the registration and everything. Luckily we do not have to wait long as there are so many patients there. The doctor quickly helped Caen to do a X-Ray and see where is the coin and etc. Once the doctor confirmed the coin is stuck on the throat, they quickly admitted her to the hospital. All of us (Sis, Mei Zhen, Hubby and I) was like so worried for this naughty girl. Mei Zhen and Sisstayed till around 1am and they went home whereas Hubby and I stayed in the hospital to accompany her. I know this time Caen really needed us to be by her side. Doctor scheduled her operation at the midnight, Hubby and I dosent know the exact time, so both of us went to take a nap first as we are really tired. At around 3pm, nurse wake us up and said she will be having her operation. Carried Caen on my arms and i carry her in to the operation room. Seeing Caen tries to struggle and cry but she dosent have the energy to do so, at that point i nearly feels like crying. Hubby and I waited outside at the operation theater and both of us were discussing about Caen. Both of us took urgent leave because we dosent know how long will she be staying at the hospital. The operation is a success and it took only half an hour. Once the nurse carry her out from the room, i can hear her loud loud voice. Caen is crying for MILK!!!! Poor Caen have to wait for 15mins as the doctor need to observe her. A 20cent coin really make us learn alot of things and really make Caen scare to putting things inside her mouth. Doctor said she can be discharge on the following day, so Hubby and I got back home and really had a good rest. Labels: Caen, Hospitalise For Magic.
