Thursday, September 2, 2010 COokings from my wife On saturday,my wife cooked laksa.Early in the morning went to market with her and caen.My wife were then busy going around the market buying all the ingredients for laksa.Went home and helpd my wife with preparing the ingredients and she does the cooking.After cooking was done,its time for tasting the food!The laska this time was really delicious and i love it.2kg of noodle was finished by night. The Laksa Monday after coming back from work,my wife was cooking tofu and i was wonder what tofu she's cooking.After she's done with it,den i realise it was japanese tofu which can is similar with the one in Sake Sushi.The taste was so-so and the outsides was abit harder than the one in sakae sushi. First try of Fried Tofu On the following day,my wife asked me to buy the tofu because she wanna cook it again.I went to buy and dabao food along for dinner.Waited for my wife to finished cooking.This time the taste and the crust of the tofu is softer than the first time.Its really tasty and standard is same or better than sake sushi in my point of view.Shall finish my talk,pictures are as below. 2nd attempt for the Fried Tofu Labels: Dinner, Home Cooked Food For Magic.
