Friday, January 22, 2010 Bad Experience Today i gonna post about the experience on the Food catering of Tingkat i previous ordered from Kim's kitchen. The reason why i order from them it's because I've compared from many different Tingkat service, Kim's Kitchen one is more cheaper and Sally heard from her friend saying Kim's Kitchen food taste not bad. So... I called for catering from them. At the very first few days, the food are still consider not bad but after 1 week the food it's like taste almost the same especially the soup. Imagine everyday you have to eat the tasteless food with some fried chicken, fried nuggets etc and the almost everyday same taste soup and it's like so terrible and suffering. Anyway, not forgetting that some of the food tasted quite nice and delicious but most the time it's not. Sigh THE MOST MOST MOST TERRIBLE THING IS my last day of catering from them is on the New Year Eve and just nice i was away and went out with Hubby and his friend so the food were given to my Mum and Sis to have it for dinner. By the time i reach home, my Mum and Sis start complaining to me about the Chicken. Once they consume it, they taste that the chicken has turn bad!! Omg, this is super TERRIBLE. After the public holiday i called the Kim's Kitchen in-charge and complaining about the Chicken that turns bad. Do you know how they respond to me? They DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIES TO ME and i can hear from the her voice and it's like those hack care and none of my business tone. Okay, she replied me saying "Okay, i will feedback to the kitchen in-charge" and THAT'S ALL!!! Terrible service and Terrible quality!!! So what if i never cater from you all anymore? Don't you all need to be friendly in order to have more customer? Enough all the criticizing and i just wanna share my bad experience with the people whom they are considering to cater Tingkat service. Please choose wisely =) Labels: Bad Experience For Magic.
