Friday, April 2, 2010 Random Thursday got nothing better to do, so i went to market and buy ingredient for my Qiar Bar Hoon as it is my current addiction. After back from market, quickly went to bathe Caen and let her take a nap before i can start my cooking. Below will be the ingredient for the Qiar Bar Hoon Da Bai Cai and Leek Neng Bar (Marinate with Sesame oil and Soy sauce) + Sweet Potatoe Starch with Hot water Chop garlic The Pang Cai >My favorite chilli The Chu Bee Hoon The Cooking Part Fries the garlic till golden brown Add in the Veggie While frying the veggie and then we can start making our soup first. The soup we will have to add Soy Sauce and a little bit of salt. After frying the veggie and when the water is boil then add in the Veggie that we have fried. Then add in the Nen Bar and continue with the Bee Hoon, taste the soup (depending on your taste). Once everything is done And the final product is out~ The Qiar Bar Hoon!! Yeah.
