Tuesday, October 13, 2009 麻辣火锅 Buffet again Yesterday 麻辣火锅 is a TOTAL SHIOKNESS can. All of us are really really super satisfied with the food there. So many different food variety there, many CRABS and lots of GOLDEN MUSHROOM. Mum said that she gonna jio some of her colleagues over again. HAHA Actually intended to go to the 重庆真宗麻辣火锅 but when walk pass the other shop and it attracted Mei Zhen and me, so we went in~ Really never regret going in to the shop and i seriously say that the 麻辣火锅 is really the very 辣!!!! First time ever that i did not dare to touch the soup after my lips went SO HOT AND SWOLLEN!! It's a waste that Hubby did not go and enjoy the food with us as he got 24hour Guard Duties today. Started our buffet at around 745pm and by the time we finish it, it's already nearly 10pm. Took train home and by the the time we reaches home it's already 11pm. Haaaa.. I really really enjoy the SOUP and FOOD there. Today requested Mum to teach me how to make and cook 算盘子. Seriously speaking my Mum really can cook very well, all my skill are pass from her =) Been busy the whole afternoon for preparing the ingredient for 算盘子and Chilli, bo bian, wanna learn and i have to prepare the things myself =X Have to cut the Yam, boil the yam, smash the yam, shape the yam, and flour together, boil the 算盘子etc etc, it took us like 3 hours to finish all the cooking.
